Museum of the Future tickets are allocated to specific time slots. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend our guests book in advance here. Tickets may be purchased onsite at our self service kiosks or from the ticketing desk in our lobby area, but please be aware that during peak times, tickets may not be available for preferred time slots or immediate entry.

For the best possible experience, our exhibitions are designed to be enjoyed in a specific sequence over a set time period. This requires us to manage entry times for all guests.

We accept all major international credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions will be made in the local currency (UAE Dirham). Any payments using international cards will be converted at the current exchange rate.

All ticket purchases will be sent via email. If you have not received your tickets, please ensure you check your junk or spam filters. If still not received, please contact our customer service team here.

You can make a single change to the date of your booking up to 24 hours before the ticket date. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you miss your ticket entry time, we will work to accommodate you in the next available time slot. During peak hours availability may be limited. Please try and arrive early in all cases to avoid disappointment or inconvenience.

You may enter the public areas of the museum at any time during opening hours. Ticketed exhibition re-entry is permitted only on the day the ticket is valid and is limited to certain exhibition floors. You must keep your issued wristband on at all times - removal of the wristband will prevent re-entry. Please speak with one of our representatives during your visit for the most up to date re-entry options.

We recommend you use Dubai Metro for the best access (Emirates Towers Station, Red Line). You can also use the Dubai Bus Service network and plan your journey here or arrive by foot, bicycle or electric scooter. You may also use your personal vehicle and park on-location (subject to availability) or use our valet parking service.

Yes, the Museum of the Future has separate prayer rooms for men and women located in the Lobby. Please follow signs or ask staff for directions on-site.

Guests may bring their own food to consume in the lobby and garden areas. Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes children's floor (Level 1), but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in any other exhibitions for the safety of all guests.

Visits are self-guided on a fixed path, however we have allocated staff throughout the entire journey who will be happy to assist you with any questions or enquiries you may have.

You are welcome to stay as long as you wish during opening hours. The full exhibition experience takes 2-3 hours on average.

We ask guests to dress in a manner that is respectful of the local culture and is appropriate for a public space in the United Arab Emirates.

Yes. Photography and videography are allowed in Museum of the Future as long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use. Photography and videography are often restricted in special exhibition galleries, please approach our staff in case of doubt. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted for the safety of our other guests.

Yes we offer complimentary WIFI across all floors. Please ask staff onsite or follow instruction sign-boards to gain access.

The Museum of the Future is 77 metres/225 feet tall and occupies an overall area capacity of 30,548 m2.

The Museum of the Future’s building exterior is engraved with inspirational quotes from H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE in the form of Arabic calligraphy.

Museum of the Future comprises three main elements. The green hill represents the earth, the torus shaped building represents humankind's ability to innovate and the void at the centre of the structure represents the unknown.
